Practical Questions about moving to Estonia.

I don't really know if this is the right place to post this but i shall try anyway.

I will be moving to Estonia from Australia at the beginning of july and I have some practical questions. Such as :

What is the best bank to open an account with?

Which mobile network provider is the most reliable and affordable?

What are the best sites to look for jobs/apartments etc?

Any other practical information that could help me would be much appreciated.
