LF: Comp male houndour from a different region FT: 5ivs and a shiny trophy mareep

[comp] Since I don't have much to trade for a shiny comp houndour/houndoom I'm trying to breed one. I already have a 6 iv female so I need a male preferably with 5 ivs from a region other then the U.S. I have several 5 iv pokemon to trade as well as a shiny trophy mareep.
