I want to do a fixed (or maybe SS) build with a more relaxed riding position and porteur bars (like these, if you're not familiar). Does anyone know of any companies that make complete bikes like that? Or maybe an inspiration gallery with parts lists?

iirc the Civilian bicycle co. Makes a couple fixed/free commuters with similar bars. As far as I know all of their commuter frames are hi-ten steel though, which is not the favorite material of hip dudes everywhere. I've ridden one before though and the position is very relaxed. If you're just looking for an entry level bike to cruise around town on, that's the first brand that comes to mind for me.
