I obviously let the title autofill from the link, but yeah -- "last chance" is often just a marketing gimmick to play on limited availability fears.
It always works -- as has been proven many times during this game's development.
However: CIG is moving way more slowly than even they thought was ever possible on the production of these ships. We're almost a full year behind on the Retaliator/Starfarer & friends (that round of ships was to be in the Hangar Module upon its release in August 2013). The Xi'An ship will most likely not be seen in the hangar this year - and possibly well into next year.
So yeah -- this is indeed the last chance for awhile.
(or maybe everything will go on sale for the anniversary as usual)

Want. But $150 is too much. I know that the money goes back into developing the game, but I've already invested about three times as much as I had intended to. I want to support the game but I've got bills to pay.

I am pretty tempted. I want to be sure and get another fighter, though if the F7M goes back on sale, I want that one more.

You can get anything in game and can buy anything in game except the scythe.

Something like 1000 Scythes were sold during kickstarter for $300 each and only way to get them in game is to capture one.

I know what you mean! I went to buy a new car last year, and the dealer gave me a great deal. But they wouldn't throw in an air freshener, so I told them to go to Hell.

IF it does not come with LTI then I don't think it's worth the money, will just earn it in game. That's just my opinion. I already spent loads supporting this game.

It's like a luxury buy for anyone who doesnt mind backing even more

The Scout will come back, even as a cross chassis upgrade so you can get it with LTI (given you have that on a smaller ship) once it hits arena commander
