FT: 5IV 4EM SG togepi LF: charmander with air cutter

[comp]

The togepi is male Serene Grace timid with mirror move, nasty plot, extra sensory and morning sun.

I would like a charmander at least 4IVs really with air cutter and if possible ancient power. Thats all :)
