If you are free to play it will take about 1.5 years to get enough dust for all of the golden Naxx cards.
Assumptions:
Card Rarities:
- 6 legendaries
- 5 epics (1 per wing)
- 5 rares (1 per wing)
- 14 commons (1 per wing + 9 class cards)
If they cost the same amount to craft as regular cards then this would bring the total crafting cost for a golden Naxx set to 36,800 dust.
Dust per pack:
- 109 (I remember seeing this number in a big post on the topic a while back).
Definition of free to play:
- Only logs on once a day to complete the daily quest, re-rolls all 40g quests and never plays arena.
This would mean that it would that you'd have to open roughly 338 packs to receive enough dust to craft all of the golden Naxx cards.
Calculating the gold earned per quest (including the 3 wins bonus):
There are 25 different quests: 1 100g quest, 9 60g quests and 15 40g quests. Once you include the win bonus they become 123.33g, 76.67g and 50g quests (for the 40g quests I've just assumed that they take 3 wins to complete).
If you're re-rolling a quest then the value of that quest becomes:
(123.33 + 9 * 76.67 + 15 * 50) / 25 = 62.53g
I've assumed that only 40g quests are re-rolled so gold values of the possible quests become 62.53, 76.67 and 123.33. Using this we can calculate the average value of a quest:
(123.33 + 9 * 76.67 + 15 * 62.53) / 25 = 70.05g
Calculating the number of days/quests required to get enough dust for a full gold Naxx set:
100 / 70.05 = 1.43 (number of quests required for a pack)
338 * 1.43 = 483.34
EDIT: Accidently used 109 as the gold cost for a pack.

How long will it take to get all golden non-naxx cards?!? This post is retarded. There has got to be 0.01% of the hearthstone population that is both free to play AND collecting all golden cards.
The people that care about all golden decks are the same people willing to spend cash to get it. That has always been the definition of gold/foil/shiny/etc cards in any CCG.
