The Goldeen hasn't touched any battles or random encounters yet, so the EV training is all up to you. All I'm looking for is a Rain Dish Tentacool, I'm not particular about its nature or IV spread only its ability. This is my first trade so I'm not quite sure how these things work even after stalking a few posts and reading through the guidelines so bear with me!
