My pickups from the month of July

PICKUP

So I was visiting Tokyo and Vancouver for 2 weeks each in July.

I did a lot of shopping in Tokyo as this was my fourth trip to Tokyo and I have already done a large amount of sight seeing. it wasn't a lot cheaper than what we have in Canada (except for Bape and denim), but the selection is much greater.

I visited 3 Bape stores, Shibuya, Harajuku, Bapexclusive Kyoto. I had a really good time at all of them, especially Harajuku. I would highly recommend anyone remotely interested go see one. Prices are much better in Japan for Bape.

The jeans were purchased from Americaya in Ueno. Super awesome store if you are into heritage wear or just denim.

Also the Apolis jacket and BWGH sweater were purchased in Gastown, Vancouver.

Anyway, I don't really want to do a huge write up, but if anyone has questions about prices, location, etc. I'll do my best to answer. I am now officially on a cop freeze until December haha... :(

Those Bape shirts are so nice man! I need to get myself to a Bape store...

Also how the fuck are those jeans standing up like that in the last picture?? lol

Thanks! Next time I go back I'll hopefully be picking up some cut & sew stuff and a pair of shoes, but decided to keep it simple this time around.

They are 19oz denim that are pretty stiff before they are broken in haha, although it is more the type of denim that it is made out of and not the weight that allows them to stand. It looks kinda creepy when you see it in person lol.

What did the bape shirts cist?

$60-$70 CAD roughly. Hell of a lot cheaper than the NA online shop.

Ya per shirt. No steals obviously because it was in-store, but I wasn't looking for or expecting a steal in the Bape store haha.

Those samurais are hella dope, some really great pickups, especially digging the BWGH crewneck.

What stores did you hit up in Van when you here?

About 250 i think, maybe a bit more.

Roden gray, livestock, bunch of others I cant remember the names of haha. Is the Haven store closed in Van?

I'm from Vancouver, what stores in particular did you hit up in gastown? I haven't done a ton of shopping there but I would like to start

But I went to Roden Gray, Live Stock, Dutil, and some more (can't remember haha)
