FT Enigma Berryx5 LF Items or other offers

[Item]

Okay, so I have 5 enigma berries chilling, but the problem is I need something else. Here's what I'm looking for:

• Upgrade

• Focus Sash

• Ability Capsule ( will give 2 for this)

If my rates don't seem fair please tell me, so far no one has complained about what I offer for trades but I would like to know the approximate value of items/shinies/comp/etc.

Edit: Have 4 berries left

Edit: Have 3 berries left
