It's a well written and produced documentary, a lot of lovely sarcasm (which i liked). However, it was a little one sided, the russian side was not interviewed but I think it would be quite hard to do that on this topic anyway.

I have a question though: What is this Journeyman.tv? Do they publish documentaries or do the dub them? Do they produce them? Are the connected to any source of funding etc.?

I think they distribute them. Man X gets contracted to make a documentary for the BBC which will keep the rights for a year or so and then return them to Man X. If Man X would like to sell DVD's or digital downloads of that documentary, take it to Journeyman and they'll do the work for ya.

It is biased, but look it from the Georgian's point of view. They're just trying to get away from the local evil empire like Ukraine or Taiwan is. And yet everyone blames them for the bloodshed and the local evil empire gets a free pass because no one is willing to confront them.

Given they can't match Russia militarily it does make sense to try to get their point of view more widely known in the West because very small changes in Western policy make a huge difference to them. Russian tanks turned back from Tbilisi when Bush sent humanitarian aid in USAF planes. Ukraine is still gradually being occupied because Obama sent humanitarian aid in civilian planes.

If the aid is in USAF planes Russia has no idea of what's in them. If it's in civilian ones they can probably get the manifest. So Obama's very slight tweak of the procedure sent exactly the wrong message.

It's also very worrying that the most hawkish people on Russia in the US are mocked as being clueless. Even though what happened in Ukraine has essentially proved them right. Bush's adventurism in Iraq was clearly a mistake and yet Obama has moved too far back in the other direction.
