The main factors seem to be enragement + kill speed
It seems like it help if you have anticipation/freedom active when being webbed helps, I don't thinks it matters when he uses cleave. Other than that I've got no clue, some kills where I enticipate every time get bad 900+ scores and other messy kills get 780.
