Upon hovering over a normal Bank Heist he said "There might be a very valuable object in this bank, we have the insurance numbers to back that up."
Cant remember hearing it before. Is it new, and in any case; is it a hint?
Edit: wow this seems to be a somewhat rare occurrence! At least I'm having trouble recreating it.

It's been in since beta and I've heard something about a secret while hovering over Bank Heist: deposit, can't really recall the entire quote but I remember it ending with "..who doesn't love a secret am I right"
thats a fairly common line and he reffers to the deposit boxes. he doesn't know whats in them
I remember hearing it once aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages back and despite killing everyone and checking every corner of the map I found nothing. I do remember it was Bank Job Pro - I cannot remember difficulty but I will assume OK as I used to ghost farm OK missions from an early stage. Although I will quickly admit I haven't heard it since.
been there since launch. nothing to corroborate there being anything despite ripping the map apart to look.

It just seems like a way of saying there could be gold in the vault, especially if it's the bank heist where the possible loot is random.

Well, I played since beta (albeit a long layoff) and I cant remember it, though I haven't really listened actively until stumbling upon the Secret.
This has been in since beta, I've definitely heard it before.
To add to that the intro talk when you start the bank heist, an alternate audio can play as well. small part of the intro: "someone mentioned a saferoom and something about a .... frequent".
I cant make out what he says on the dots. I heard a lot of complaints about bain's pronunciation so it might not be only me who cant make anything out of what he says there.
Once i catch it in shadowplay i'll post a link. (read when i dont forget to start it before something epic in game happens)
Heard it recently - like within the last week. It was a standard Bank Heist, pro job.
I've heard this one before, it doesn't come up very often though
