FT: RNG'd Ralts with Hyper Voice. LF: Offers

As of right now, I've got two Ralts from the Dream Radar ready to be RNG'd (one has been sent to the Black 2 cartridge, one is still in the DR).

I'm willing to RNG them to your specifications, meaning Hidden Powers, Nature, and IVs are yours to choose. Since these are all Dream Radar Pokemon, they will naturally come in Dream Balls and lack a Kalos symbol. They will all come from OT: Andrew with a trainer ID of 04001.

I can provide proof of seed and time for anyone concerned with their being hacked/cloned. I've done this with two Ralts for myself, and now want to see what I can get now that I've got my own needs fufilled.
