Is there an easy way to see for myself that hypnosis is real?

All these street hypnosis videos on youtube look like bullshit, I don't believe one can make some random guy in the street believe that he can't lift his feet or that his hands are stuck together unless he thinks something like "Oh, hypnosis might be fun, maybe I should play along".

I tried some erotic hypnosis mp3 recordings but I don't think they do anything special.

So, if hypnosis is real, how can I see that with my own eyes?
