I have several female machops (mostly no guard), but I just haven't been able to get perfect IVs as of yet. Most of them are 5IV missing speed, but they vary quite a bit. I also have a few perfect males if you're looking for just good Machops. The things on the list also don't 100% need to be perfect, just good enough to start breeding with a 6 IV Ditto. Nature and egg moves are important.
