I assume you meant handed? Well that is the 3rd Pokemon set that was ever released called Fossil.
That is just a single booster pack that would have come in a box of 36 originally, the list of cards that it might contain can be found here
If you chose to open it you will get at least 1 rare card that could be a holo if you are lucky! Which is around 1 in 3 packs.
Singly they are not worth a great deal so if you were truly interested in wondering what is inside then I would suggest to open it and find out and maybe re-live some memories of opening those packs if you opened them when you were younger!
