Perfect example of grenade spam getting out of hand in this game. Rocket Primary's got a placebo nerf so now the scrubs are using crutch grenade spam. Compounded by the broken resource system.

Grenades seem to have gotten a lot worse lately. I've been instagibbed at majority health by either grenades I couldn't see, going through walls, or apparently don't reach the extent of their max damage range until 15 meters.

Preaching to the choir.
Really looking forward to SS tomorrow, grenade/rocket spam is usually quite bad during SS and with this issue it will make it even more of a pain. Not to mention the various other major issues the game has currently.

WTF are you talking about. I still use AV grenades, but I don't use crutch bandolier which is completely broken. Its an effective tool yes, but falls below my standards. I can dunk on you like Lebron and Jordan dunk on people without the need of a ladder (grenade spam).

Very true. To be honest the directives are kind of a double edged sword. Its nice to have things to work towards that add longevity to the game. However, there are many directives that seem out of place and promote being a very cheesy player. Some directives also force you to change your play style in ways you may not want to play and are not always team oriented. The HA directives are a perfect example of this, which is why I opted to acquire my secondary class (medic) aurax armor first instead of my HA armor.

Well, a few months ago, I was killed by an AC coyote scythe, then subsequently as infantry by an AC rocket primary. Mildly butthurt, I decided to dub you "all cheese," partially because of your tactics, and partly because the name went well with my whine :)

In emergency situations a brave member is designated ammo slave and redeployed into the fight for a quick resupply.
This will be a shrinking trend as more of AC migrate to the unlimited ammo betelgeuse.
Ah, right. I forgot about that whole unlimited ammo thing.
I really hope they never give a VS shotgun unlimited ammo.

If only AC pulled more maxes then maybe, just maybe, there might be more of a reason to go engie. We've had our share of commissioner primaries and resupply redeploys though.
