New Plot Regulations

Building Codes

• All plots must conform to the plot boundaries set by the State of Fellowship.

• Plots must have a facade on them 2 weeks after being bought.

• Plots may not be built using cobble/dirt etc...

• Any plots that do not conform to these regulations will be subject to dereliction.

Sales

• All plot sales must be carried out by a person authorized by either the Minister of Economics or one of the Diarchs.

• All plots downtown may not be sold, they are to be auctioned off by either the Minister of Economics or one of the Diarchs.

• No one person may own more than two plots on one level of the Hexagon

• No one person may own more than four plots in the Hexagon, this does not include the expansions.

• With each plot a person buys, there is an increase of 50% in the cost of the new plot.

• All plot owners must pay 2d a month rent for each plot they own.

• Plots may be sold privately, however the seller must inform a member of the government about the sale.
