Top masters programs for I/O in the United States?

Hey guys, first, I should point out I've looked at a lot of listings online (including the SIOP website most importantly of course), but I'm curious from your experiences/word of mouth, what are the MASTERS programs you would definitely apply to?

I have rather good grades, experience, etc. My GRE scores are only slightly above average, but honestly my only stipulation is that it's not insanely expensive.

Right now I am thinking of applying to George Mason University, Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis, Salem State University, and UMBC.
