Can someone make a character list for the sub?

Wow! Up to 28 readers! So exciting! I was wondering if someone could make a list that the main people we've been introduced to and a very brief (1-2 sentence) description of their role. Or if someone writes out all the names, many people can contribute!

Edit: Apologize for calling them characters, they are real people and these are real events.
