FT; 5IV 0 speed Heavy Ball Onix, LF; Offers

[comp] So I somehow managed to get two perfect Onix on my first try so I'm trading one of them away; stats are 31/31/31/x/31/0 with a relaxed nature. No EM's however.

I'm looking for a Perfect 5IV pokemon, preferably balled and usable.
