You need to lose more than 80% of your health to get a Billotte and really the only way that can happen in one hit on a T57 Heavy is by arty or 183 pens.
It's actually not. At all. Just a few weeks ago, FTR had an interview with one of the developers where they mentioned that arty has been nerfed so badly that it's virtually impossible to win more than 50% of your battles if you solo-pub in only arty. No matter how good you are.
Also, assholes like me shoot AP with arty. You need great favor with RNGesus because near misses and track hits = 0 splash, but when you hit and pen... prepare to harvest tears. ಠ◡ಠ
And when you hit and don't pen... prepare to donate. ;_;
Edit: Just played a game where I bounced AP off an E75 with 1 HP. Tears donated... Wish I'd had HE in the tube, but alas...

Any direct HE damage is called a "penetration" unfortunately, but yes since it was one hit and 80% of HP, it must have been!

Also any TD (perhaps some heavies too, doubt mediums) with a fire if you're not running an extinguisher.

I've been on the receiving end too. I understand how much it sucks to get wiped from the sky before the first minute is up. But damn is it fun to do.
