Anonymous Caller
About the anonymous caller, I find it very unlikely that when the officer describes the caller as an "Asian male 18-21 years old", he meant "South Asian as in Pakistani," as SK puts it. Intuitively speaking, if the officer meant South Asian, I think he would have written, "Middle Eastern" or "Indian" (as in the Asian subcontinent). I am not sure how long the call lasted (I'm not sure the length of the call was discussed?), but if the officer is quickly taking notes, he's probably not analyzing the caller's speech and origin of accent. I am not saying that all Pakistani or South Asian accents sound the same, I just mean that, intuitively, it seems odd to me that the officer would describe the caller as "Asian" unless he meant East Asian. Not that this helps us identify the caller with what we know thus far, just wanted to share.
