What information would need to come to light in order for us all to believe, beyond a reasonable doubt that Adnan is innocent?

One reason I think I need to compile this list is to have some idea of what COULD happen in the next 6 episodes to exonerate Adnan, if that is what is going to happen. So either there will have to be a serious break in the case: new evidence, a new unimpeachable witness (and brainstorming this list could give us some idea of what SK might find/have found) OR he gets pardoned because of legal mismanagement by his lawyer or the police. Those are the only two routes to freedom for Adnan.

Ok, so I'm going to compile a list here as we brainstorm about this.

1. Evidence of the involvement of a another person (I won't say "third party" because that implies Adnan is the second party and that we don't know 100% for sure), such as Jenn or someone else.

2. Evidence of a viable motive for Jay and/or the other person.

3. Email alibi from the library during the time period in question, presumably approximately 2:20-3:30.

4. A (verifiable) confession from someone else.

5. A new, verifiable airtight alibi for Adnan.

6. Absolute proof that Adnan was at track practice from beginning to end on the day in question.

7. Evidence of police/prosecutor criminal misconduct.

8. Disprove the alleged timeline of the murder.

9. Hae's pager logs.
