Endless cicle

Hi, i don't even know if I'm looking for advice or just ranting, but I'm desperate. All the advice in the world seems useless. For the last 5 years i learned so much about how to deal with my issues that i could hold 1 week long, Tonny Robbins style seminars on it, but it's all useless to me. When i went to a mental health clinic nobody even realized i have ADHD (very severe as far as i can tell) with other comorbid disorders that i'm not sure of.

I can't do anything consistently, so i can't make money, so i can't buy meds, so i can't do anything consistently.

It feels so pointless to ask anyone for help because it can't be helped. There is nothing to figure out, the brain simply doesn't work properly. It's especially frustrating considering that i have higher IQ than basically anybody I've met in my life and more knowledge on the things i should know to help myself than any 2 people combined that I've ever met. From nutrition, productivity and time management techniques, goal setting, meditation, creating habits, effects of sleep and blood sugar on decision making, NLP, exercise and everything that self developement has to offer. All of which is useless to me because i can't control what i do over longer period of time... fun.

If i were to teach someone without my condition everything i know on these subjects, that person wouldn't have to learn a single piece of information for at least next 10 years of their life. "Take my advice - i can't use it anyway."

I don't even respond to stress normally, probably because of some kind of adrenal fatigue or maybe that's the increased noradrenaline reuptake, so even during crisis that is runining my life, while i have a plan how to get out of it i don't do it. What a fucked up disorder...

I don't have any advice, but I hear you. And I think it's admirable that you've managed to wade through the shit and get this far.
