Depiction of the holographic mass
There is an even easier way to write this that doesn't acknowledge the Schwartzchild Mass or the Holographic Mass.
It's as simple as this.
2 * (Plancks on surface * planck mass) / Plancks In Volume.
2 * (4.7116551 * 10^40 * planck mass) / 1.2804*10^60
1.602×10^-24 grams
Here it is on wolfram alpha

And for Cygnus X-1, we reverse the holographic principle.
1.683×10^34 grams
Here we have derived both the mass of Cygnus X-1 and the rest mass of the proton by using geometric equations incorporating the holographic solution to the black hole information paradox.
You can also easily verify the planck numbers by dividing the proton volume / planck volume with a planck length diameter, or the surface area of the proton / planck circle with planck length diameter
