(Travelers spoilers) What was the Division vial (the one Noelle and Oliver took) supposed to do?
In the Travelers' story Noelle and Oliver took half of the vial marked Division. Oliver began to change physically and mentally according to what he saw as ideal traits, becoming very attractive and smart. Noelle acquired regeneration, durability, random body part growth, rampant hunger, an uncontrollable temper, the Echidna personality, absorbing dead matter, super strength, and the ability to generate evil clones of anyone she touched and/or consumed.
Perhaps Oliver got an incomplete power, as his doesn't seem particularly useful. Noelle's was flawed, likely because she only drank half and because of mental/emotional instability prior to taking the formula.
What kind of power(s) do you guys think Cauldron intended the Division vial to give? Keep in mind that even they could only have a general idea of what their formulas would do.
Cauldron's intended effects aside, what power(s) do you think the Division vial would have given if it were taken by its actual buyer?
