Can an object move at such a speed that a human could see it, but wouldn't be able to know its direction?

Human Body

When I say "fast" I mean as a result of only speed. I know it can be impossible to track things that move in seemingly random patterns (such as flies), even if they move slowly.

An object can certainly move fast enough that it becomes blurry and you can't see details, but I'm fairly sure I can trace the movements of most blurs I can see. Probably not in real time, but see the direction, start, and end of the movement. I understand that if an object moves fast enough, it becomes impossible to see. Could there, then, be a speed where a human could see an object, but not be able to follow the movement of the object?
