Recovering vessel not giving science?

I am playing the latest version of KSP (.90) and cannot really progress in science mode because nothing I do will let me recover science, even from EVAs, surface samples, or crew reports. Hell, I can sit on the launchpad, do a crew report, and click recover vessel... I get my kerbals back but no science.

Anyone experienced this?

Can you take a screenshot of the crew report (or any other experiment) showing science and then a screenshot of the recovery screen showing zero science gained?

That's a heavily modded install. :) Most likely one of the mods is messing up science recovery.

Try a ship with all-stock parts first, because it might just be one of the part mods (like that command pod). Then if you're still not getting science, start playing whack-a-mod. Prime suspects are anything that has to do with science or recovery (like FMRS).

You can also look through the debug logs to see if any mods are having errors, and/or post them for other people to read: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/92229-How-To-Get-Support-%28READ-FIRST%29

Yeah I removed all the mods and was able to get science doing the same thing I did but with the mk I command pod. Time to play wack a mole.

Have you already gotten some science from those locations? You can fairly quickly "mine out" an area with a given type of science (eg: just 1 crew report or EVA report for each situation, and ~2-4 goo pods and materials bays)

No, that's not the issue. The actual screen for the science shows the data is worth science points

Hey, I'm having the same problem right now and found this digging for answers. Have you found any solution yet?

My solution was to stop playing :/
