Hanging off the lip

Pretty new to this beard stuff.

I'm going for a full beard and I have a question about my mustache. I don't know if this looks good or not so here's what it looks like

Do I leave it as is or what?

Some people trim at the lip to avoid eating your own mustache and other irritating issues. Others train it to sweep to the sides. That takes time and patience but also works.
