Help deciphering blood work

Hi there r/AskDocs. Sorry for the long post!

Age = 22
Sex = Male
Height = 6 feet
Weight = 220 lb
Race = White (Lebanese Armenian)
Duration of complaint = Years
Location = Los Angeles, CA
Any existing relevant medical issues (if any) = Diagnosed ADHD, also have been hospitalized for
myocarditis in Heart and Lung Tissue but scans show a healthy heart. Was caused by smoking
electronic cigarettes at a high nicotine level for a long period while being a non smoker.
Current medications (if any) = Adderall XR 30 mg 3 times a week (not taken anytime near bloodwork
and haven't taken it in 8 months while being out of the country. Just restarted.)

If it is helpful I can post all the blood work I've done. It's important to note that I've always had a low sex drive, low energy, sleep issues, and I'm constantly living in a fog with many racing thoughts of which I am not able to control which I'm thinking about at one time. My perception is rarely vivid and I struggle with exercising awareness.

My mother's side has a history of heart issues, my mother was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years back. My father's side has a history of diabetes and prostate and other cancers. Also they've been known to have low HDL cholesterol levels. My grandfather was a super fit championship boxer for his country. My father is obese at 350 lbs same height as me and is a Type 2 Diabetic.

Some more background on me, I started going to the gym 5 years ago and around 2 years ago I was going to the gym for months passionately focusing on lifting weights and reached 185 lbs. After stress led to a 40 lb weight gain I peaked at 235 lbs 3 months ago. I re-evalutated myself and started working out again now that I'm back in the country and I've reached 220 lbs. workouts are 5 days a week and include cycling classes and a protein shake afterwards. I've also changed my diet and actively calorie count. I'm trying to incorporate more and more dark leafy green vegetables and I eat a ton of saturated fats from beef, chicken, and eggs and get my carbs from fruits. I don't eat processed foods nor do I drink soda. I don't consistently eat fish and don't think I drink enough water.

I finally decided to check whats going on inside my body and had a bunch of lab work done. The flags include the following:

MCH = 26.0 pg (27.0 - 33.0)
HDL = 34 mg/dL (>40 but I'd prefer >60)
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio = 5.18 (<5.60)
CRP HI Sensitive  = 4.0 mg/L
Vitamin D 25-OH = 11.8 ng/mL (30.0 - 100.0) [<---]
TSH33 Ultra-sense = 1.72 uIU/mL (0.55-4.78) [Not a flag but relevant]
PH Urine = 8.0
Testosterone Total LC/MS/MS = 310 ng/dL (250 - 1,100) [<---]
Free Testosterone = 64.4 pg/mL (35.0 - 155.0) [<---]

Could I possibly have a pituitary issue? The testosterone and vitamin D levels really upset me, although it made perfect sense to me. Especially considering what a low sex drive I have and how low energy I am, the only thing that keeps me working out is my discipline and because I've addicted myself to the gym. Surprisingly my Magnesium levels were 2.0 mg/dL (1.6 - 2.6) and Triglycerides are 67 mg/dL (<159) which seem good.

I've decided to order some supplements and such. I already take Whey Protein (Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Whey) post workout. I also take L-theanine 200 mg with Caffeine 200mg before a workout. Here's what else I've ordered and am beginning to take:

Vitamin D3 = 4000 UI a day [Nutrigold]
ZMA = 30 mg Zinc, 450 mg Magnesium, 30 mg B6 [Optimum Nutrition]
Creatine Monohydrate = 5 g a day [Optimum Nutrition]
Krill Oil = 1 g [Naturewise Krill Oil]
Spirulina = 3-4 g [Nutrex Hawaii Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica]

While I don't know if the ZMA is necessary when my Magnesium level are fine. I am ultra worried about the testosterone levels being of that of a healthy 80 year old and would really like to raise them as naturally as possible. I think it will change my life.

If you need any other blood results let me know. Thanks so much for checking out my post, I know it's a lot!
