Any DayZ SA players out here ?
Anyone of you play the stand alone version of DayZ regular ?
Thinking about renting my own Hive server hosted in Shanghai.
Just wanted to check if there are some more regular players here , who are interested and if they prefere a Hive server or a Private shard
Edits: I just got one. Will be running for a month or 2 as a trial and see how it goes.

Username / Time would be useful but more interested if you can straight up find their steam GUID
P.S:
If you having fun with it and got some spare money to burn to help keep the server running or need somebody to drink free beers with you lemme know. Always happy to provide assistance

I have the game. I would play more, but the connection is slow through VPN.
you don't need a VPN anymore really.
There are already a bunch of Servers hosted in shanghai , ping for me is usally between 10- 30 in Shanghai.
Right now the most are whitelist only , so you need to contact someone on QQ to get whitelisted otherwise the server will boot you after a couple minutes.
Thats why I want to get my own Hive servers mainly. I'm a little bit stricter about hackers and they will be permabanned as soon as possible.
Also right now server persistence works (they reset it weekly atm) , so with soem regular players some more elaborate set ups are possible
Good to know. I have not played in a couple months. The game kept crashing. Even though I have dual SLI AMD cards, it's a bit slow. It's an awesome game though. Perhaps the bugs were fixed. A 10-30 ping sounds dreamy. Do you have wechat?
See above , server is running. can add me on steam
