Micro Flare + Gasoline Filled Capsule Rounds = Halloweener Style Combat

So I'm playing a Halloweener here pretty soon. And I was thinking of a cheap and nefarious way of lighting fuckers on fire from a distance. Mind you I can't really afford a crazy involved flamethrower and I figured a Pistol with Capsule rounds filled with Petrol and a Micro flare Launcher on the under barrel would ignite the liquid. I figured that this would give me more AP or increase the threshold of the Flame for the purposes of putting it out based on the Net Hits of the initial Pistol attack (which does a whopping 3P, AP+4). What do you guys think? Any other ideas? Does this mechanical reasoning seem fitting?
