Tallinn or Tartu?! I'm having trouble decided where to go. Any help would be highly appreciated

Tere r/Eesti, so here's my situation at the moment. I've decided to go to Estonia this year ( i was hoping to get a scholarship at EAC, but that ship has sailed), even with that small bump on the road I still decided to go, as soon as this semester ends, I'm heading to Tallinn.

I've already met a few good people in tallinn to hang out with when I first get there.

Now, it has come to my attention that a better choice would be Tartu, since the city is cheaper, not fed up with as many foreigners as Tallinn ( or most of the foreigners are students) and getting a chance to find work could actually be easier in Tartu ( either working at hostels/ bars, or free lance photographer).

I'm heading there with one way ticket, and money to be able to sustain myself for about 3 months ( Tallinn price range).

I would really like to go there, and try to settle around, so basically i have one shot at this to work, and one shot only.

If you guys could help em with some input and info to where and why should i be going to it would be really highly appreciated. I'm going on the 23rd of June and i'll be spending at least 4 days in tallinn to meet some friends and look around town, after that... we'll see.

TL;DR: I'm moving to Estonia in June, and need help deciding if I should choose Tallinn or Tartu to start a life there.

Aitäh r/Eesti :)
