###Hope you all are enjoying #IDARB, from its insanely fun gameplay to the character and song creators. There have been a few questions and queries being thrown around in this subreddit, so hopefully this FAQ can help some of you out:

How do I scan a QR code?

In the character, logo or song creator, you'll be able to scan QR codes, using other peoples creations in the game. To bring up Kinect, you have to press the Select/Back/View button on the controller. You also need to be doing this in a new character or flag slot, as well as renaming the song to the QR you are scanning.

When scanning QR codes, the best way to get the Kinect to read the code, is if your device's screen is set to the lowest brightness. The Kinect will only read the code if each square is visible and if the QR code is placed within the square outline on screen.

Can I play with more than two people online

At the moment, the game supports online 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4. BUT, you can only use TWO consoles (your own and a friend's) to play online. So you'll have to have four controllers on both sides to play 4/6/8 player #IDARB. There will be an update, in which the game will support up to four consoles/friends, playing online.

How do I play online with friends?

To play an online game, go to 'Online Play', and from there you can host a game (that is invite only), or search for a game online. If you search with ONE controller connected, you will be matched against ONE other player. Connecting TWO (or more) controllers before you start searching, makes the game search for other players that have TWO (or more) controllers connected for online play. So you'll always be matched against a team with the same amount of players - 2v2, 3v3, 4v4

How do I share my QR code

Sadly, Xbox One hasn't got a snap feature yet, so you'll have to either take a photo of the screen with your phone/camera, or use the DVR function to get a recording of the screen - giving you a clearer image on the Xbox DVR Website

How do I request something on r/IDARB

There are an insane amount of creations already out there, but if you're looking for something in particular, you can request it on the subreddit using [REQUEST] at the beginning of a Text Post

Can I rename a song?

At the moment, you can't rename a song, and will have to recreate it with the correct name. You could copy the QR and scan it in with the new name (since the notes and instruments carry over, not the name of the song)
