Respect Captain America
Quick Summary: Captain America, AKA Steve Rogers, was born and raised in NYC as a 1st generation child from 2 Irish immigrants. He enlisted into the army during WWII and was chosen for the Super Soldier Serum project due to his personality. The SSS put him to the peak of what the human body could achieve including super strength, speed, reflexes, agility, and brain power. During WWII he was frozen in an ice burg and was thawed out in modern times. He is the primary leader of the Avengers and is a top level agent of SHIELD.
Personality: Steve grew up in a poor household during the Great Depression and it shows in his personality. He is a simple man who has simple needs. His father was an abusive alcoholic and died when Steve was still a kid. His mother was a strong willed single mother who worked long hours in a factory to provide for Steve. She instilled the core values of honesty, courage, and to never back down into Steve. Cap references this when he thinks of her catch phrase "Get back up" which is a motto he lives by. He seeks justice and wants all men to be treated with equality no matter what their race or background is.
Strength:

Durability:
He gets blasted in the face with a helicarrier engine and still hangs on to a speeding helicarrier
He carves a large hole in his chest with a rusty blade and still takes on an entire army alone
He falls from a plane with enough force to shatter a car and doesn't even stumble
Cap thrown by War Machine into the ground and not taking any damage from it
Cap tanking Gambits point blank explosion
Here he is immediately afterwards, he was more pissed than injured
healed from a bullet to the head
Jumps out of a helicopter leaves small craters in the ground
survives this huge fall while injured. nailed that landing

Speed and Agility:
Explains why he can dodge bullets
Throws his shield to block bullets after they had been fired

setting off tripwires and him dodging the explosion
reacting to bullets after they had been fired again
can run 60 mph for short distances
Shield Feats: Steve's iconic shield is a mix between vibranium and adamantium giving it unique qualties from both metals. Hit's as hard as adamantium but absorbs vibrations and certain energy like vibranium. It takes high tier matter manipulation or magic to break apart the shield.
