Can anyone help me with my traffic?
I'm fairly new to this game, I've read a bunch of guides and have decided to go with a grid system for my city's roads. Unfortunately, now, I have terrible traffic especially coming off the highway and between districts. I'm not asking you to fix things for me, but rather give me a few tips about how I could improve the existing layout and some tips for future cities.

Because cars only move forward if there is room after the intersection, you have a long queue to turn right
Edit: I think the big problem is your lack of public transit. Alot of cars are going on that highway.
I tried removing that little patch but it only seems to worsen the problem..
Second Edit: I would just suggest adding another highway. There is too much load being concentrated on that one area.
Ok, thanks so much for the advice. In the future, when do you think I should be adding highways, and where? (in general)
