Right now they're only 3 points behind us and Winnipeg and they have some interesting games ahead of them. Arizona, Edmonton and Dallas. Then for the season finale, they battle us.

They will not get into the playoffs. They can only get 95 points.
Even if they pass us, we wouldn't have gotten into the playoffs anyway.
It would be difficult to live with but I would be ok if we missed the playoffs. If we missed the playoffs AND San Jose passes us, I'd curl up and die in my Bay Area apartment.
don't worry, somehow, someway the sharks will find some way to fuck it all up!

Listening to all the Kings men podcast and he said if it came down to the last game and San Jose gets their revenge for the last couple seasons by keeping us out of the playoffs. Ever since they said that it's become my biggest fear.
Thinking about that the whole season may come down to that last game makes me physically ill.
