Was Stan Romanek framed for child pornography because of his UFO experiences?

Here is a two hour talk the guy gave where he shows a staggering amount of video footage of his experiences as well as a number of corroborating witnesses and news reports on the UFOs he has seen. They even use some of the other witnesses own videos. I like watching these sorts of things from time to time and his videos are impressive to say the least. If i is a hoax then he has put in a staggering amount of effort for years on putting it together and with footage that would be difficult to replicate.

I have seen a number of abductees and videos and such, but by far this guy has the best evidence that something has been happening to him.

I go to look this guy up and one of the first articles that comes up is about him being arrested for child pornography!!! The child porn thing really does seem like a conspiracy in this case. The video above was released before the CP accusations were made and he complained of regular harassment and hacking by the government then. There is something that seems seriously off about the charges against him. He even shows an air force memo about him where they talk about using a microwave beam to disrupt his houses electronics.
