We were scrambling to get dudes in against that Crucifier blob. We were pretty close to not taking it, but manged to scrape together something that resembled an anti-frig wing with just cheap shit, so took the fight. Glad we did, was good. But god damn I feel with PL having to put up with T1 frig EWAR blobs, it sucked a fat dick, especially when it's constantly reshipping in Kinakka... :P

my first day in galmil, back in the day, i didn't know anything about comms so i just joined a fleet, found them in space, followed them into a fight, and started shooting who i thought they were shooting to
ended up helping to kill a friendly Cane :P
edit: go to your search function in-game, search for 'Oh Takashawa', open his bio and go to his Sarashawa overview room and follow the instructions; it's pretty much universally used by the greater-PL community freaking everyone

Fighting Waffles is always fun. They love to bring out actual good fleet comps to match the upper end fleets that SPDR in Galmil put together, rather than the frig scuffles that we often get with Calmil. Too bad I couldn't be there due to work. o7 to Waffles and PL for the content.

We didn't expect you guys to engage; you definitely have balls, but losing a fight doesn't make you the kings of lowsec. :)

FYF is max damps, usually Celestis for the big null fleets but BRAVE did it in Mauluses because LOL. Point is to be able to use sniping fleets without retaliation and/or neuter enemy long range comps.
Jams aren't nearly as reliable, and so aren't depended upon for large fleet engagements.

More like starring horde. Was a good fight duders. We knew going in it was going to be rough, but we had formed so we thought why not. Initial fleet was like 40 dudes, but once once we saw the 90 or so ewar frigs we tried to get a bunch of random general militia dudes and anyone who couldn't fly in the doctrine to get into atrons and hope we could kill enough ewar to be able to operate. The supply seemed to be relatively unending though, so once our triage had used all of his stront and it was quite apparent the ewar frigs would keep coming, we had to call bail.
Good fight man takes some cold nerves to bring TFIs and carriers into 3:1. We did seed replacement ewar so the flow was supposed to be unending. We are basically replicating the BNI model, I had been really looking forward to try this so thanks for engaging.
Yeah, it was a gf, everyone was glad we took it even though we lost :)
The entire ride home was us trying to theory craft beating that, so we've basically traveled back in time to catch like 3 months ago.
disco domi's and a wing of stealth bombers might be usefull on something like that
Bombs don't work because lowsec, sb don't work because ccp's stupid fw mechanics means whoever uses sb's would get their standings wrecked and would get kicked out of facwar. We hopefully have a solution to the second problem for the next time around.
