My older Xbox GTA Online character took the spot of my current PC character.

So recently I've been playing a lot of GTA Online for the PC since it came out, I was having a lot of fun, created a new character, used my pre-order bonus, etc.

About a week ago, I linked my old Xbox 360 account to my new account, hoping that I could swap to my old character and see what I could do with him. Until today, I went to play online, and I got sent to the character selection screen in which it showed me my old character (MarcKlockow) from Xbox, and a new character option.

No matter what, I couldn't seem to find my current PC character and it seems that my old Xbox character took the place of my current PC one and I really only want to play on my PC character.

Has anyone else had this issue occur? Is there a way I can get back to the old character?

TL;DR - Old Xbox 360 GTA Online character seems to have taken the place of my current PC character, can't figure out how to get my PC character back.

Yeah, the transfer uses slot one. Had you done your PC character on Slot 2, you'd have been fine. Not like it was mentioned 300 times on almost every support page ever.

Welp, turns out after talking to Rockstar on the phone the character got completely over-written.

...Awesome.

You probably selected to Transfer Character ( It is the first option when you choose Online ). That replaces your current character.

Unfortunately, there is no turning back now ( if you did that ). If you didn't, open a ticket with Rockstar Support.
