Ranking QB Stability in the Last Decade

Not sure if anyone here will be interested, but I was bored so I decided to go through each team in an effort to determine who has the most and least stable QB situations over the last decade in the NFL. I'm gonna do this countdown style, so bear with me. Basically my methodology is to do a count of how many stable seasons each team has has (One QB started at least 14 games- a little wiggle room for sitting starters and minor injuries) and how many QBs each team has started in the last 10 years. The first stat was used to assemble the list and the second as a tiebreaker.
