The Gentle Art of Verbal Self-Defense is the most valuable argument book I've ever read.

I remember Richard Feldman's book "Reason & Argument" giving me a lot of tools for better arguments. I'm not sure of how accessible it is though. I guess it depends on what you want to achieve. If you actually want to build better arguments this book may help. Deconstructing arguments also has the added benefit of being fun! (Don't judge.)

If fancy language, tricks and mind play is more what you are in need of then I don't know. Maybe a rhetorical book would be a better choice.

Not a book, but I've learned a couple of techniques to help me get what I want. Which is kind of like winning an argument? Maybe?

I found one of my favorite techniques (Broken Record) on a site that explains assertiveness. Might help.

I liked How to Argue and Win Every Time by famed lawyer Gerry Spence very much.
