[Meta] Looking for mods + rules discussion

Hiring - Filled

Hi.

#1)

Our modqueue is a bit large, I don't see any large negatives of having a large modteam (yeah, there could be drama but I don't mind that too much and I feel like we can deal with it) and nobody on the team expressed explicit disinterest in adding mods so that's what I would like to do. My standard for mod actions is a minimum of one action a month, so to apply:

i) Let us know why you'd like to be added and what you bring to the team

ii) Let us know what your mod experience is, if any.

iii) Let us know you're OK with being removed if you do not do something once a month (unless there happens to be nothing to be done, obviously).

#2)

We had a bunch of people approach us about working for free, whether for charities or other reasons. Offering no pay for a job and using sob stories as leverage for getting employment are both against the rules and are likely to stay that way but I'm curious how you feel about both people working for free voluntarily and about the recent-ish fiverr link banishment and whether there should be a minimum price that people have to ask for when offering services and what that price should be and why.

#3)

Any other meta comments are welcome as well.
