Casting time: Standard action
Components: V/S Focus (A specific wooden Scythe that has been greedily attuned so only a specific wizard can cast the spell.)
EFFECT
Range: Close range (25ft.+5/2 Caster Levels)
Targets: One creature
Duration 1 round per/level
Saving Throw: Fort negates; Spell Resist: Yes
DESCRIPTION
This spell creates a powerful, miniature whirlwind around a specific target of your choosing. Any creature attempting to walk within 5 feet (entering this whirlwind) must make a fortitude save or be unable to enter the barrier for that turn. Success means the target is immune to the spells effects for the remainder of the duration.
