Why doesn't Undisclosed just ask Justin Brown for the missing transcript pages?

Surely Brown wouldn't file an appeal without having read the entirety of the transcripts. Why don't Rabia, u/EvidenceProf, and u/viewfromll2 just ask for the missing pages?
