There are various degrees of Withdrawal proposed from the EU (Political Union) which can be categorized more exhaustively from furthest to nearest in descending order:-

It should be noted all European Nations are members of UNECE (x56 members) while clearly not all European Nations are members of political union of the EU + Customs Union x28) while some of them retain access to the Single Market (EEA x31 members)
