Subreddit Update: 05/25/15!

There is a problem I've noticed with the recent posts, and that is they all have similar titles. I'd like to remind everyone of rule number 5: "Make an effort with your title and post." That means titling your post "Found the programmer" is in violation of this rule, make it something original, try to be specific. What kind of programmer did you find? For example: "Found the java programmer". That's already a much better title, I won't be removing posts with the generic title, but I would like to encourage everyone to be clever and unique with their post titles. Here is a link to the last sticky.

EDIT: u/bitpurity makes some really good points. Good titles are the ones that make you think: "What the heck does that topic have anything to do with programming?" These are the titles that would definitely improve this subreddit. Some examples:

Maybe titles with something like the following would be better.

On the topic of Mulan...

That would make me interested thinking "How the crap would Mulan have anything to do with programming?"

A* Pathfinding in the morphing Harry Potter maze

Much more fun and descriptive than "Found the programmer"

So once again, just please try to follow rule 5, it'll make r/foundtheprogrammer a much more fun subreddit! Thanks.
