Need volunteers to revise survey questionnaire for epidemiological analysis of targeted individuals

FFCHS does not share the surveys with their members. FFCHS has not published an analysis. I don't think any member has asked FFCHS to share the completed surveys or publish an analysis.

In my post that FFCHS may be a front organization, I cite several articles by AnthonynForwood. Anthony Forwood is suspicious that FFCHS may be sharing the surveys with three letter agencies.

I am providing the link to FFCHS survey form as a possible survey form to start with instead of starting from scratch. The survey form needs to be revised and then posted in r/gangstalking. Do redditors have recommendations to improve it?

Could someone please ask Cheryl Welsh to make the testimonies she received and her analysis available?
