Never had one first pregnancy, even after 4 hours of pushing, and what gives me one? Zofran constipation. I will take a second degree tear to a hemerroid anyday. My god owch.

I agree. Those stupid tears (2 pregnancies, same 2nd degree tear) was nothing compared to raging hemorrhoids.
Tucks wipes and dermoplast will become your BFFs. I didn't get 'roids in first pregnancy either. But this one? YEOWCH. The tucks wipes (like, literally tuck betweixed your butt cheeks) offer great relief and helps with swelling.
